Definitions.

contracting with SubmitSiteandArticle.com.
1.3 "Submission", "submitted", "submit" refers to the sending, or

business objectives - when used in the context of the business

different from acceptance, and does not imply that the information put

General Terms.

2.3 The terms contained herein apply to all contractual dealings between

from SubmitSiteandArticle.com.
Responsibilities of SubmitSiteandArticle.com.
3.1 SubmitSiteandArticle.com are responsible for completing the amount of
submissions/work that have been agreed with the client prior to the
initiation of the project, subject to all client responsibilities being
fulfilled. In the instance where payment is not made by the client, per
our prior arrangement, SubmitSiteandArticle.com are not liable for completing
submissions and/or work.
3.2 SubmitSiteandArticle.com shall act in good faith and will, where reasonably
possible, act to protect our clients business interests during the
completion of work.
Responsibilities of Client.
4.1 The client must complete payment as agreed prior to the commencement
of work.
4.2 The client is fully liable for the work that SubmitSiteandArticle.com complete and
for any loss that they believe they have incurred as a direct or
indirect result of contracting with SubmitSiteandArticle.com. This includes, but it not
limited to, loss of revenue, good will or anticipated profits.
4.3 The client may not cancel their work after entering into a contract
for a specific product or service offered by SubmitSiteandArticle.com. SubmitSiteandArticle.com may, as
an act of good faith, allow customers to cancel their contract or get a
full or partial refund at their sole discretion. Clients must act in
good faith at all times.

Any quotations or offers provided by

are subject to our standard terms of service. SubmitSiteandArticle.com. SubmitSiteandArticle.com reserves the
right to monitor and record email messages sent to and from this
address.
